About AJ Medical

Our business

AJ Medical is a Swedish family-owned company that started in 1991. We are a supplier of medical technology equipment, with blood pressure equipment as a specialty, to County Councils, municipalities, occupational health care, hospitals, medical centers, health centers and private health care. We work closely with well-known manufacturers and offer a wide range of high quality equipment.

The company has over the years developed the range and can often offer complete solutions. Through many years of experience and close contact with our customers and manufacturers, we have the opportunity to help our customers through the entire process, from purchasing to installation, training and service.

We offer products that meet the applicable requirements of the Medical Devices Act (1993: 584) and are CE marked in accordance with the European Directive on Medical Devices MDD 93/42/EEC and are, where applicable, notified to the Medical Products Agency (Läkemedelsverket) as medical devices for use in Swedish healthcare. We have prepared carefully for MDR, which entered into force in May 2021. This will hopefully lead to even higher quality and safety of the products we provide.
